SOUS CHEF
An opportunity exists for a full-time Sous Chef to work on the beautiful south coast of NSW. It will be busy but imagine swimming at our beautiful beaches on your days off.

Mollymook Golf Club is located 3 hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours east of Canberra on the beautiful south coast of NSW. The club is quite unique with two separate clubhouses and courses located 2 kilometres apart in Mollymook.

The role requires somebody who can work in a high pressure/fast-paced environment and help navigate and support a committed team through each service period.
Key duties
Cooking and preparing meals as required
Ensure food quality and taste is of the highest standard
Assist in the development of menus
Keep recipe cards updated
Stock rotation and labelling
Assist the Head Chef with stock ordering
Lead and motivate the kitchen team through each service period

Able to work independently
Physically fit
Clear and respectful communicator
Able to accept direction
Resilient, reliable, and punctual
Available to work split shifts, nights and weekends.
Excellence in food preparation and service
Knowledge of WHS, food safety and food hygiene practices
